Even Crushed,
Broken,
And yes shattered,

Losing Everyday,
Falling from several heights Again and again.


Thrown,
Also Dumped
Yes Even a little Dismantled..

Shocked,
And scattered Into Pieces..

But Still Fighting,
Yes Fighting To Survive,
And To Get succeed,

Recollecting The Pieces and fixing it again,

Beware,
I am Strengthening, we are strengthening..

Strengthening More ,
To Defend ,
And also Attack,

Strengthening Again,
To Stand,  survive, And Succeed.

Hello Everyone,

Today I thought Just to Put a glare on the Various Systems ( Functionings), With which we usually deal in our daily life, with And without our choice,

Guys , we often see People complaining about the things with which they felt Discarded ,Also toxic and end up Leaving it for their own good, as It becomes suffocating to withstand with something which is not Productive and also Unworthy,

And If You find it decent than the people who are running it make it terrible, Like I Work in Private Sector and it has been said that everything what we have in the private sector is Very Professional and You may get paid as per your output,

it was also stated that the People are being associated with multiple Job responsibilities , so that one could learn more than One thing if he is actually happy in learning,

And yes we all have been said that Growth of An Individual is Very Good, With Job satisfaction and Productive Involvement.

But later I Have Observed, that People are having negative mindsets, they feel that “even if we put our Life for the respective organization we are not going get to recognized,”

“we will never get any monetary gains,”

“we will never ever get appreciated,”

they are just scared to do new things,

they just don’t want to learn and grow,

even of they know it,they would say

we don’t know,

we can’t do,

this is not our cup of tea etc.

They Even divert the job responsibility,

They are so Negative in thoughts that , they don’t Even ready to share the knowledge or even help their juniors if they seek help from them,

it is so disturbing to me, even the Paper works are very slow and cumbersome,

In fact I gave an interview Recently and in which I cleared the technical interview and it was the salary part which was about to be discussed, I gave my expected salary to the HR department and then they haven’t called me for 10 days and I have to call them for the same, then they said we can’t pay lesser than the half of what you have mentioned as your expected salary,

I was not happy with the Fish Market Bargaining,

As I was Very Much in the market Rate. I said It is not about what you can pay and what not, but what it took to make a call on the very next day or a day after or even 3/4 days post interview.

as I was happy about my interview and the feedback, and was serious about your Organization, They Said We Thought You will Understand it yourself, that we can’t pay. I replied your organization is one of the reputed ones and I never thought you people can’t pay the nominal market salary , and above it this approach is something which I never expected from your end. Even if I have asked more than what you kept as salary for the job, you people have conveyed me the same, and at least informed me about it, there is always a scope of negotiations, but I think Your company can’t even afford a phone call, I replied and disconnected the call.

Even many of my friends have also mentioned the same that some of the Interviewers are not at all Sensitive, they neither inform about your selection not even about your rejection, they just call and take the interview and Collect the database,

I have observed that people usually leave their job after 1 or 2 years,

I felt that may be the individuals are not mentally stable, or even got better package, I later came to know the reason of it, that The people who have performed well, did the extreme hard work and expected an appraisal , increment,and even promotion has never got it, instead had been asked to do Overtimes without any pay for a constant time, and they left the job once they find a better one,

I feel that The people who are recruiting individuals have the responsibility of Finding Performing individuals and preserve them for a long time, as they have to be given respect for bringing the best from the rest,

Recruiting individuals is not the only modern day thing of HR Department, it is about Finding the best team and making them stay with you to have the best output . Just for A little lesser Amount Organizations compromises with their proven Individuals and find someone new as we have pool of Unemployed People and that individual takes time to understand things,and even they may not fit in the same place, then they face severe Loss of output, Quality of work and a team of Performers,

There should be a Policy to Find, Nurture and Sustain with the individuals.

Read Before You React.


Hello People,

Well I am writing about it today , but I actually wanted to write even before, I don’t know how many of you agree with me and what are your opinions about it,

but i really feel sad so sharing my views

Guys , Nowadays the WordPress readers are not readers any more, they are doing their formalities , why I am saying this because, I have observed it from a long time,

The readers are reading a full length 3500+ words story in just 4 seconds of being published,

I still don’t know what sort of talent it is and how they read it ,

if they actually read it in that particular duration of time , then it’s more than a miracle for me, and I would like to learn that special power what they have ,

but if they don’t read (Obviously they don’t Read) and like it without reading a single line with the reasons better known to them, is very disheartening to me,

I always want people to read it regardless of their choices of likes or feedback, but they should read it first.

It may be satisfactory to some, but not to me, I don’t have any fantasy for Number Of likes , comments etc

I want to make it clear please don’t like without reading it,

This is a cheat to yourself first, Then to the Writer.

And yes I want to add one more thing , this is not with everyone , but yes many of us are of such mindsets who have a knack of pleasing people for their choice, or revert . (like to get a like back.)

Which I hate the most, The process should be read then react if needed,

and we all know how much time it takes to read 500 words, 1000 words, and 4000 words for any human being, you can’t complete it in just seconds.

please avoid this practice if you are of such kind.

And enjoy this space for knowing perceptions, observations, opinions, thoughts, stories, and creations etc.

Don’t contaminate it like any other social networking platform. The uniqueness of this platform makes it what it is.

And If they think they haven’t been noticed than they are making mistake.

We all know who is genuinely reading and reaching towards our posts, and who is not.

Please this is my sincere request to read my posts, with your interest of reading, not for anything else,

and react after reading even if you haven’t liked it just put your words in the comment section and help Me to learn more and write even better.

I hope my words are making sense to all. As I feel my concern is not wrong.
